First round of betting: Lawyer 1 bets $10, a forced bet. Before placing his money in the pot, he tries to change the rules, saying that the forced bet should not be assessed if and when another player also have an exposed Deuce. Since he’s the unlucky fellow with the Deuce of Clubs, he shouldn’t have to be forced to bet $10.
The Judge says, “No, shut up and put up your $10.”
The Judge says, “No, shut up and put up your $10.” Lawyer 1 reluctantly says, “Okay,” and then tries to short change the pot. The other lawyers instantly pick up on his trick and call him on it. So, grudgingly he puts in his $10, a forced bet, in to the pot.
