In online holdem poker, it is very helpful to stereotype If you are observant, you will notice that online players, that share common characteristics, such as age, will play in a similar fashion. In order to avoid being politically incorrect, I will not discuss what these particular stereotypes are, but after a little observation, you should be able to make many reliable groupings.
