Five Card Stud (Low) This form of Online Hold'em Poker is quite different from most other forms of Stud in that no player can conceal his hand's strength; a player can only conceal his hand's weakness. A player is dealt only five cards, and any one of them can destroy his hand. He may buy a pair of high cards and there's nothing he can do to conceal it unless he pairs a low upcard with his hole card. Example: An opponent shows X-5-4-J-2—his hand cannot be better than jack high, though it might be considerably worse.
