Unlimited Raises and the Raise Freezer.

Unlimited Raises and the Raise Freezer. The raise freezer, my own creation, is probably the most important Texas Hold'em Poker ruling to come along in the past thirty years. This ruling permits active players to raise and reraise each other to their hearts' content, with no limit placed on the number of raises or reraises allowed. However, after three raises have taken place, any active player, at his turn of play, may put an end to all further raises merely by placing (calling) an amount equal to the last player's bet and calling "Freeze." In the event that an extra card of like suit and value should appear in the deal, all chips in pot will be returned to players. 10. If a card other than the first active player's hidden card is ex posed, there will be no action. 11. If a player "tapping out" has less than half the required bet in the pot, the next player to act can call the "tap-out bet" as completed —he cannot raise. If the tap-out player has half or more of the required bet in the pot, the next player can call the tapped-out bet and raise the bet.
