Miscalling a Hand A player cannot overcall his hand. (If his opponent throws his hand away when the player says, "Kings up," the player must produce kings up or better. Otherwise his opponent wins.) This rule doesn't apply until the last person has acted after the draw. Before that, overcalling a hand is just "table talk."
