About the Author Barton M. Gratt, D.D.S., Ph.D., is a Board Certified Oral Radiologist and Professor Emeritus from UCLA. He attended UC Berkeley and the UCLA School of Dentistry. He later obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Bergen in Norway. Dr. Gratt is Past- President of the American Board of Oral Maxillo-Facial Radiology. He has published over 100 scientific articles and he is a past NIH Grant recipient.
