The risk of loss is (-$635) in two ways. First, if one should experience a Lose Streak of 7 when one firsts sits down to play. Second, but not likely, if one experiences the average of the Win Streaks and arrives at the Win Streak of 7 and loses (add the losses of the Win Streaks.)
From Tables 3-3 and 4-1 and the observations above, it appears that during Win Streaks one would want to bet somewhere between a flat bet and a double-up bet. This means holding back some of one’s profit while winning. For Lose Streaks one may want to bet somewhere between a flat bet and a truncated Martingale primarily controlled by how much one is willing to risk while playing the game. We’ll develop this as we move along.
