When a holdem player is very talkative it could be for one of two reasons. Some online players just want to be social and have a good time. Winning or losing is not of high importance. Another group of talkative payers are those that believe they are expert online players that can't seam to keep their opinions to themselves.
These players like to give their opinions
These online players like to give their opinions of how bad other online players play. Constantly giving a play by play narrative. These online players usually over rate their own playing skill. They have enough knowledge of online holdem poker to make themselves think that they are good, but they are almost never as good as they think they are.
