A player is not permitted to make a bet that exceeds his table stake,
A player is not permitted to make a bet that exceeds his table stake, nor is he forced to meet any other player's bet that is greater than his table stake. A player is not permitted to add to his table stake during the play of a hand. However, he may add to it between hands, but only in amounts not below the minimum set at the start of the game.
A player is permitted to continue play until all his table-stake
A player is permitted to continue play until all his table-stake amount is gone, regardless of how little of it remains in front of him. If he wants to continue play after his original table stake is exhausted, he must start with a new table stake equal to his original, but this is only permitted between hands.
