It will cost you $10 to win $40. You are getting 4 to 1 on your money. Since you are getting correct pot odds you decide to make the call. There is now $50 in the pot.
The Turn misses
The Turn misses you and you do not make your flush. Your opponent bets $15 It will now cost you $15 to win $75. You are getting 5 to 1 on your money. In this case you are priced in to make the call, since the odds of making your flush on the River is 4 to 1.
