This $10 and $20 limit Hold Em table is in session almost every day of the year. This game is usually dealt to a full table of eleven with a small 50-cent ante. The leader to the left of the button (theoretical dealer) must make an opening blind bet of $5. Thereafter, each player at his proper turn of play may fold, call the $5 blind bet, or increase it to $10. This bet is not considered a raise, but a completion of the $5 blind bet, making for a $10-unit bet. Players to follow may now call the $10 bet or raise it to $20. However, if the $5 blind bet is not raised by the time it gets back to the blind, he has the right to increase his $5 blind bet to $10—or he may merely let it ride. Should the blind increase the bet to $10, players may now call the $10 bet or raise it to $20.
